In 1977, a secretarial service in South Carolina expanded its offerings to include 24-hour receptionist-quality answering – and the business grew quickly through referrals and acquisitions. In 1981, the company, now known as AnswerPro, became the first telephone answering service in the Carolinas to computerize client information and replace the antiquated cord-board telephone technology.  We pride ourselves on our progressive attitude towards technology, account management, and customer service.
